Good now it works, it didn't for a long time.
Put my banking app in a secure folder and won't open. Leave the app on my fone NOT in a secured folder and works perfectly fine. Not happy I can only use it unsecured. All other apps in secure folder works fine apart from the one that needs the most security. Rubbish

This app has been replaced. Please remove it from the store.
Poor on every level of contact with this bank! The telephone advisor made it clear they want to close many "old" accounts which customers have had for years. This was early last year. What better way than to crash their own banking app?!
Did not work correctly
I was on Android Oreo and the app has been fine for me. I just updated to Android Pie and now the app no longer works, it refuses to load, says temporarily unavailable, am I using the latest version? Yes I am. I will now have to use the website on my phone which is a massive pain. Not happy.
So I have android Oreo....not the very latest version admittedly, but recent enough - and the app no longer works at all after the latest update. I'm hoping you're not going to suggest everyone has to be on Pie for the app to work?? If so, might have been an idea to let customers know before they updated!
